Photography by Deborah Hosking | 2005 – 2015
One Hand Clapping was a process and series of e-mail “postcards” that began in April 2005 and lasted a decade.
The intention of the not-quite-daily mailings was to offer the viewer a pause, a brief escape, a momentary meditation.
The subject might have been almost anything.
The e-mails were as much about the ephemeral
as they were ephemeral themselves.
